ASH patient accused of attempted rape

September 14, 2011

Leroy Parker

A patient at the Atascadero State Hospital was arrested for the attempted rape of a hospital employee, kidnapping and indecent exposure.

At about 11:30 a.m. on September 6, hospital officials said Leroy Parker, 35, assaulted an unnamed employee.  Her coworkers responded immediately and contained the situation.

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff deputies arrested Parker and booked him into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.

Sorry, you folks really don’t know what you are talking about.

This man was “charged” with stuff. Doesn’t mean he is guilty of anything. Stop believing headlines. You will be better off if you doubt what you read.

If you have ever been caught in the jaws of the legal system, you will know what I am talking about.

As long as we keep cutting back (not the type of cutting back that easy and zap are referring to) then we will continue to see these types of issues. Has anyone noticed that since they have cut the amount guards in our prisons that these types of attacks have gone up? This is becoming a regular occurence.

Ever notice that the heinous crimes that these “sick” violent criminals keep on committing (whether on the inside or later after release), are another proof of the complete impossibility to rehabilitate these criminals.

The snip snip comment is my advice for the sentencing judge and the parole board, when dealing with “sickos” like these guys. Castration or permanent modification of their pattern of behavior is what is needed. No tool, no crime…

The cutting back on budgets will have to be focused on the immediate needs and less on luxuries or benefits.

Get out of jail free Ninth movement

Throwing more money at the problem did not seem to do anything but increase the amount of incarcerations we have. Oh, that and bankrupt the system.

Snip, snip…

behind the eyeballs or below the belt?

Whichever is cheaper and has the best results…

The neck up.

As bad as this D-bag might be, I could not in good conscious ever support a death penalty.

Life at hard labor = definitely! Get rid of the “perks” and pleasantries, and demand hard labor or something.

I don’ t know why he ended up at ASH but he is a good example why we need the death penalty, like the energizer bunny he’ll just keep on going……..an going….
