Sex offender lived across from Oceano school

April 21, 2012

Francis Costa

A man registered as a sex offender for previously committing lewd acts on a child under 14, was arrested Tuesday for claiming to be a transient while living in a home across the street from the Oceano Elementary School.

Francis Stanley Costa, 68, told police he said he was a transient because he did not want to register the address on the 1700 block of Paso Robles Street because it was to close to an elementary school, a violation of sex offender laws.

Sheriff deputies arrested Costa for failing to register as a sex offender and booked him into San Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bail.

All three apostles, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, and Jesus, agree that Francis Stanley Costa should be eliminated by being drowned!

Matthew {18:6} But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Mark {9:42} And whosoever shall offend one of [these] little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

Luke {17:2} It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

I ask you, who is any Christian to portend to know more than the inspired word of our Hebrew/Christian God as fully described above?

Furthermore, we can only conclude that if the child is an atheist, or of another religious belief, because they didn’t believe in Jesus as the passages above so state, then Francis Stanley is spared by our Hebrew/Christian God’s drowning revenge. Damn.

Brother Ted .. the one problem could be in obtaining a millstone, thou I would imagine one could be fabricated !

That’s why we still have stonemasons.
