Atascadero woman dies in rollover crash

An Atascadero woman died Sunday in a rollover crash in Idaho just north of the Utah border. [IdahoStateJournal]
Carol R. Bassett, 55, of Atascadero was driving a 2005 Ford Escape when the car drifted off the left side of the road, she overcorrected, and the car rolled off the right side of the road. One of her two passengers, Linda Ellen Hanson, 55, was partially ejected from the car and died at the scene.
Emergency medical personnel airlifted the other passenger, Dillon Steuer, 15, of Atascadero and Basset to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
