Three women sexually assaulted in SLO

Sexual assaults of three college age women occurred late Saturday night and early Sunday morning on Foothill Boulevard in San Luis Obispo.

Around 11 p.m. Saturday, a male suspect approached two women near the corner of Foothill and California boulevards, stepped in between them and tried to rip off their underwear, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department. The suspect, described as a six-foot tall, 180 pound 19 to 20-year-old, first grabbed the women’s pants in the buttocks area before unsuccessfully attempting to remove their underwear.

The second assault occurred around 4:15 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Foothill. A male suspect, also described as 19 to 20-years-old, approached a woman waiting for a taxi, pulled her near some bushes and forced his hands down the front and back of her pants. The suspect, who had a slender build and was wearing a hoodie and baggy jeans, fled when the taxi arrived.

None of the victims sustained physical injuries, but all appeared traumatized.

In March and April of 2012, a suspect with a similar physical appearance sexually assaulted women in a comparable manner near and on the Cal Poly campus. San Luis Obispo police have yet to find the suspect in the 2012 assaults.

I have to wonder, if this Cory Pierce pile of crap operated the way he did and got away with it, how in the hell can anyone have any respect for ANY SLOPD officer?

Both of these sexual assaults illustrate why California citizens need a “shall-issue” permitting process to carry a concealed firearm. I suspect the deviants would have thought twice before committing the assaults if they had any concern that the victims might be armed and prepared to defend themselves.

OK, so somebody help me here: what were the SLO cops doing during that 5 hr. 15 min. period between assaults in the SAME general area on Foothill?

Were the cops, by any chance, out there at the scene looking for a perp? Or were they, instead, out on an extended donut break? Or what?

Where were the cops? likely stopping homeless people from sleeping in their cars, come one you have to have priorities

Sadly, the best time to commit crime is overnight. CHP, Sheriff and most local Depts. all have greatly reduceded staff overnight. You can’t be everywhere at once. Goes back to that debate on gun control and protecting one’s self.

I’ll tell you where they are: hanging out in front of MoTav, flirting with and ogling girls. If you are recently 21 and female, you can even have your picture taken with them! Trust me, you can get accosted around the corner and they won’t respond. Women are falling down drunk right in front of them and they do nothing.

No, this what they were doing……”Officer Cory Pierce allegedly took drugs from criminals and the evidence locker in order to resell. He then, according to inside sources, intimidated a probationer to sell the drugs for him on the street with claims he could make the probationer’s life difficult if he refused.


Pierce also told the probationer that he could work off a heroin charge if he cooperated, the federal attorney’s office in Los Angeles said in a press release. Pierce would provide the probationer and his girlfriend placebo pain pills to trade for real pain pills or drugs used for heroin addiction.


After the probationer told Pierce the drug dealer he had deceived wanted revenge, Pierce said he would “take care of it,” the press release says. Pierce also allegedly took drugs from drug dealers.


“Pierce pulled over the dealer’s vehicle at gunpoint, seized morphine pills and let the dealer go without making an arrest,” the press release says.


After several months of the alleged sale of evidence, the probationer’s girlfriend, who is being held in the San Luis Obispo County Jail, informed guards of the alleged police misconduct which resulted in federal authorities being brought in.”
