Where to go for happy hour

It turns out that a great sunset over the Pacific Ocean and culinary delicacies makes the Cliffs one of the best happy hour spots in San Luis Obispo County.

If the most famous thing about the Cliffs Resort in Pismo Beach is its ambiance, the second most famous thing is its complimentary oven baked pizzas and gourmet pastas served to patrons each Thursday afternoon. Happy hour at the Cliffs also includes discounted drinks and appetizers presented every Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Following an evening of imbibment in the time honored tradition of happy hour, how many people actually get behind the wheel who are legally DUI as opposed to those who are not?

Just curious.
