San Luis Obispo police arrested a Paso Robles man who was allegedly peeping through a widow into a residence in the 1100 block of Seaward Street on Friday evening.

At about 9:19 p.m., police responded to a suspicious person call and found Timothy Kasinger, 30, standing in a front yard. The Paso Robles man was looking in a living room window with the screen partially removed, police said.

Kasinger saw the patrol car lights and hid behind a bush, police said. Officers arrested Kasinger for prowling and peeping and transported him to the San Luis Obispo County Jail.

Police are asking anyone with information that may be pertinent to this case to call the police department.

This guy could be dangerous and stalking someone in laguna lake. Seems like a pretty random place to go for someone from paso who could peep in his own neighborhood.

Why do so many of these knuckleheads in police booking photos have the little jerkwater goatee? Is this the sign of child molesters, or is it somehow just over-represented in perp photos?

Anyway, this isn’t his first crime OR his first rodeo. Give him the chair.

The Hebrew God of the Christians specifically states, to wit: “If a thief is caught in the act of breaking into a house and is struck and killed in the process, the person who killed the thief is not guilty of murder.” (Exodus 22:2)

Besides the Christian not being guilty of murder in an instance as described in this story, does not this godly edict save the taxpayers money as well?

Fellow Christians, don’t worry, read this following passage to the Judge and Jury: “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5:29) What Christian Judge and Jury can usurp their God’s doctrine? God saves!
