Another All That Glitters associate accused of criminal activity

April 29, 2014

jailAt approximately 2:15 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a fire at a residence in the 500 block of Stoneridge Drive. San Luis Obispo Police detectives obtained a search warrant and discovered evidence of a hash oil manufacturing operation.

Emergency personnel transported Aaron McBurney to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center for treatment. Officers arrested Camden Knoll, 26, of Arroyo Grande on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance and booked him into theSan Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of a $500,000 bail.

Charges are pending against Aaron McBurney who was involved in the operation of All that Glitters jewelry store with his father William McBurney and his brother Travis McBurney.

In 2008, San Luis Obispo police attempted to assist All That Glitters in getting a secondhand license after officers discovered that the store, in fact, was in possession of stolen property. The McBurneys, however, failed to attend an application appointment.

In 2010, Atascadero police arrested William McBurney, and charged him with two felony counts of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor charges of delaying an officer in the performance of their duties and purchasing secondhand jewelry without a license after discovering the store in possession of stolen property.

In 2012, Superior Court Judge Michael Duffy sentenced William McBurney to 10 days in the San Luis Obispo County Jail for a misdemeanor conviction of delaying an officer during the course of his investigation into stolen rings.

The NUT doesn’t fall far from the tree. William McBurney has already spent time in Federal Prison for the same stuff…Look it up. The jury blew a chance to put one member of this screwed up family away, hope it works out better for society this time.

Pssst.. Aaron, I know how you can get your ass out of trouble.. Hire Jim Murphy and have him make a donation to Dan Dow’s campaign! Like a gift from heaven Dan or one of his deputy d.a. supporters will cut you a plea bargain. What do you say to $10,000 to stay out of jail?

The family that does crime together does time together (or should).

new Jingle – “All that glitters, a unique hash oil lab…”

Our Hebrew God’s word shown scripturally below relates to the McBurney family when one steals from another. The problem is, when is this Christian Nation going to start following God’s word and examples set forth within the scriptures?

“You shall not steal.” (Exodus 20:15)

Joshua said, “Achan, you caused us a lot of trouble. Now the Lord is paying you back with the same kind of trouble. The people of Israel then stoned to death Achan and his family. They made a fire and burned the bodies, together with WHAT ACHAN HAD STOLEN, and all his possessions. They covered the remains with a big pile of rocks, which is still there. Then the Lord stopped being angry with Israel.” (Joshua 7: 25-26)

@tedslanders…thanks for the news flash.. and why the heck do you choose to use this website to poison us with “your” version of xtianity??

I like the Old Testament god. He is a real no nonsense harass. Then Jesus comes along and got gets soft in the New Testament. I guess fatherhood does that to you.

Hard ass not harass

Jesus is a loving and forgiving God. I have it on good faith that he even forgives Ted for his abuses. Amen

the guy paso,

We Christians must accept the FACT that Jesus was not all loving and forgiving, as this one of MANY passages so states when Jesus proffers; “But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.” (Luke 19:27)

Then if you believe Jesus is God, then He has to be held accountable for all of the brutal killings of babies, fetus’, plagues, pestilence, the Great Flood, etc., in the Old Testament.

“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.” (Exodus 20:16)

Please, don’t lie about our Savior.

Thank you.

not a christian nation.. a secular nation.

I’m all for keeping my Constitution rights in place, including the right to own and operate guns and the right to believe, or not believe, in a religion or faith.

But Ted didn’t say this is a Christian Nation. He said “We Christians…” which would automatically rule out non-Christians, anyway.

Indeed, I don’t ever remember him saying this is a Christian Nation in any of his posts.

In this particular post, he simply spoke of his opinion which is apparently based on his Christian belief system. Good for him.

“The problem is, when is this CHRISTIAN NATION (emphasis mine) going to start following God’s word and examples set forth within the scriptures?” is what Mr. Slanders said, MaryMalone.

Do what you will but I would caution you on fueling this mans fire. From reading his, Mr. Slanders posts, he has all but ignored you even when you admonish him for his rhetoric and abuse in the past and now he calls you “My Sister in Eve, Mary”? Careful, you may be sending the wrong signals to a man that thinks himself on the same level as God and the only true interpreter of Jesus.

Hey, Ted. I am glad you chimed in because I have a question for you….

Is there any “thou shalt not” deal in the Bible about burning up yourself and the neighborhood by engaging in the very dangerous process of home-cooking hash oil?

If not, perhaps the Bible should be updated. Just a suggestion.

My Sister of Eve, Mary,

Barring the fact of the ramifications of the drug trade in this instance, the Hebrew God is very strict and against us using any type of drugs because our bodies are a temple of God and are to remain pure!

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)

If Aaron McBurney is a true Christian, he has sinned against the Hebrew God by using his hands and eyes to create hash oil. Therefore, he has to follow these very strict biblical edicts, but at the same time, they show us we’re to enter heaven with our current bodies, praise!

“And if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life crippled or lame than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into the eternal fire.” (Matthew 18:8)

“And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the hell of fire.” (Matthew 18;9)

And in your “true” Christian belief(s) I would assume you would put a disobedient son to death?

(Duet. 21:18-21)

And those that commits adultery? Kill them as well?

(Deuteronomy 22:22, Leviticus 20:10)

Homosexuals?

(Leviticus 20:13)

Witches?

(Exodus 22:17)

Fortunetellers?

(Leviticus 20:27)

A sexually active daughter?

(Leviticus 21:9)

Those who believe in any religion other than yours?

(Exodus 22:19)

Those who don’t believe at all?

(2 Chronicles 15:12-13)

Working on the sabbath?

(Exodus 31:12-15)

Who, Mr. Slanders, would be left to worship in the “church” you seem to be trying to build? Not many, and that number would get even smaller when you enact the following, as I’m sure you would:

“And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die…”

(Deuteronomy 17:12)

We’ve had enough David Koresh’s, Jim Jone’s and Marshall Applewhite’s in the world, haven’t we? To those who have suggested you open a church should keep that in mind.

I can’t help but laugh… this guy is an eternal train wreck. He’s lucky he’s a local boy because this town had a good tradition of trying to take care of its own. Luck runs out eventually though.

Great Grandma Lena would be very sad about all of this.

Oh my how the glittery apples fall close to the tree!
