This scum bag is probably one of our states early release beneficiaries.

Gee, how’d you guess:

“…Rodriguez Galvan, who is currently on parole, was arrested for premeditated attempted homicide and booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail with his bail set at one million dollars….”

How much will all of his GANG-STYLE ACTING OUT cost us LEGAL residents?

No doubt she will refuse to press charges, and/or testify against him, and things will soon return to normal.

Yipes. Brian Michael Rodriguez Galvan looks like a gangbanger.

Also, does “common law husband” actually mean live-in boyfriend?

Most states, including California, DO NOT recognize common law marriage. Colorado, Rhode Island, Washington, DC, and a handful of others do acknowledge common law marriage.

Common law wife is the nice way of the paso paper saying I married but live together and have a bunch of kids. Her other common law husband is the US taxpayer who puts food on her table, clothes and educates her illegitimate children.

Viva el presidente!!

Hmmmmm, premeditated attempted homicide x2?

Meth

This is an awful situation, but what in the world are kids (children) doing up after mid-night? Shouldn’t everyone be snug in their beds at this hour? I hope she recovers okay.

Are you serious?

Um I don’t know, do you think that this just happened and the guy quietly stabbed her or MAYBE there was a lot of arguing pre-hand which woke the kids and they went to see what commotion was about?
