Body found near Guadalupe Beach

UPDATE: The man found dead in Guadalupe Tuesday was the victim of a murder. Santa Barbara County sheriff officials said he was an Hispanic man from Santa Barbara County.
ORIGINAL: The body of a man was discovered in an area near Guadalupe Beach early Tuesday morning.
Shortly before 7 a.m., several people discovered the body of what appears to be a heavy-set Hispanic male near West Main Street. Santa Barbara County Sheriff deputies are investigating what they have deemed to be a suspicious death.
The man was wearing jeans and a dark shirt. His identity is not being disclosed at this time.
