Paso Robles man accused of making child porn

Paso Robles police arrested a 51-year-old man after discovering photos and videos of child porn on his computers, some of which they say he created.

After receiving a tip, police served a search warrant on the Paso Robles home of Steven Lindhorst and then analyzed two of his computers. Officers discovered approximately 24,000 images and 200 videos, most containing images of pubescent children engaged in sexual acts.

Officers have identified and contacted 14 of Lindhorst’s victims.

On Wednesday, officers arrested Lindhorst on suspicion of a lewd act with a child under the age of 14, possession of child pornography, possession of explicit child pornography and posting intimate photos of another without their consent. His bail is set at $160,000.

According to Linshorst’s Facebook page, he is former eBay employee who is currently a married “online retailer, writer and ecommerce daredevil.”

With today’s morals and values, it is despicable in that Steven Lindhorst acted in the way he did. Our Hebrew god of the Christians will certainly save the hottest place in Hell upon his demise!


If Mr. Lindhorst lived in the biblical era, his terrible acts against children wouldn’t even be considered immoral but as a plunder of our God’s wars.


“….And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive? … Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.” (Numbers 31: 15-18)


We true Christians cringe at the thought of how Mose’s godly instructed army determined how these young women children were virgins, nonetheless, they were obviously kept alive for ungodly purposes.


“ ……And this is the thing that ye shall do, Ye shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman that hath lain by man. And they found among the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh.” (Judges 17: 7-11)


After our Hebrew God instructed to kill every male, this army found 400 young virgins and saved them for later purposes.


“When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight against it … And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword: But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself.” (Deuteronomy 20: 10-14)


The spoils of our God’s wars allowed the victory army to keep the “little ones” for themselves for whatever use they had in mind.

The Tribune article says he was arrested after officers searched his home in the 1400 block of Ramada Drive in Paso Robles. Isn’t that Firestone Walker Brewery? There is no housing in that area. ??

It’s nice to know that the prison population has no tolerance for child abusers.

If/when this man is convicted he may receive the punishment he deserves,

Anyone who takes away the INNOCENCE of a child is wrong. A childhood should be filled with love, caring, respect, and above all; INNOCENCE.

– Adults should act like ADULTS.

– An adult does not pose a child in a provocative way to be photographed.

– An adult does not spy on a child and photograph or videotape them secretly.

– An adult does not go online to lure, tempt, seduce, or stalk a child.

– An adult does not inveigle a child to come with them and leave their home space.

– An adult does not do anything sexual with a child.

– An adult does not confuse a child about what love is. This also applies to sons, daughters, stepsons, stepdaughters, nieces, nephews, grandsons, granddaughters, or ANY child. {A child (also called a minor) is anyone under 18 years old}.


– Photographing or videotaping any minor being sexual VIOLATES that minor and produces “CHILD ABUSE IMAGERY” (formerly known as child porn).

– “Child abuse imagery” is evidence of a CRIME.

– VIEWING the crime is a CRIME.

– And viewing the crime RE-violates that child.

– And SHARING the crime is a CRIME.

– And SHARING the crime RE-violates that child.

– Even VIEWING a “sexual selfie” of a minor is a CRIME. (photos AND videos)

– And viewing the crime RE-violates that child.

– And SHARING the crime is a CRIME.

– And SHARING the crime RE-violates that child.


You DON’T have the RIGHT to violate the privacy, chastity, and dignity of a child.

I am old and wise. I am retired and a philanthropist. I hope and pray to reach the conscience of the pedophile out there… Our desires don’t force us to act. We are free to choose our own course of action… Maybe I can prevent a child from being exploited or even sexually assaulted today. I wrote this methodized and perspicuous comment about crime because I am taking different things that people in law enforcement have said about this scourge, and I am using my English degree to spell it out from beginning to end, so those few bad apples can read it. If I can save one child, I have done a good deed. :-)

You are speaking of the defense mechanism we know in psychology as “reaction formation”. It is when the person (commonly at the pulpit) goes on and on (usually about “sinful sex”) and it is later discovered (usually through the media) that said pulpit thumper has been “discovered”. Most pedophiles never act out-only a small percentage of them do. Unfortunately, they use child porn in private in order to repress acting out on a child—which is assuredly just as harmful to the child–because they have been severely violated; just at another time in front of a camera.

I was sexually abused between age 7 and 9. He was very kind and loving and it confused me as to what love really was supposed to be.
