handcuffSan Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a 28-year-old Paso Robles man on Saturday who allegedly kidnapped, shot, terrorized and threatened a man in an attempt to dissuade a witness from testifying.

On Friday at 2:30 p.m., an unidentified man called 911 from a mobile home park on River Road in San Miguel to report he had been shot in the leg. An ambulance transported the victim to a local hospital where he received treatment for the non-life threatening injury.

On Saturday, deputies arrested Jorge Alejandro Reyes on charges of assault with a firearm on a person, robbery, kidnapping, felony threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, and preventing a witness or victim to report a crime. His bail has been set at $100,000.

The sheriff’s office says the shooting appears to be an isolated incident. The department has not released any additional information about the victim or Reyes’ motive.

Sandra, Per your policies, The Tribune will not be running this story as it could upset winery related businesses and real estate agents in the North County. CCN will be running it but as we have previously established, ALL OF THEIR CONTENT ARE LIES AND FABRICATIONS.

I say get them riled up! Its time the ‘not’ so good ole boy club needs to break up their love affair with control. Lived here my entire life, an eighth gen, Im directly in the ‘gobc’ by default. They want the rest of this county in this century, its time they did the same.

I live here…..within rock throwing distance, theres alot of f**ckery going on in this ‘quiet’ town.

So a witness was shot to keep him from testifying in WHAT CASE?

You are not allowed to know, it’s not politically correct to ask.

It could just be that reyes threatened the victim and told him not to talk to the police about this crime.

The article doesn’t make it clear but that is what I gathered from it too.
