Lenny Jones

The San Luis Obispo District Attorney’s Office filed six criminal charges Wednesday against Lenny Jones for the alleged sexual molestation of two girls who were attending a birthday party at his Arroyo Grande home in March.

The charges include felony oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child under 10 years of age, felony kidnapping for the purpose of child molestation, felony lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age, felony using a minor for sex acts, misdemeanor annoying or molesting a child and misdemeanor destruction of evidence.

Lenny Jones was a prominent realtor in the South County. He was Arroyo Grande’s 2014 Citizen of the Year, president of the Woods Humane Society, the president of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors, past president of the Rotary Club of Arroyo Grande, past board chair of the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce, and was involved in Arroyo Grande in Bloom and the Arroyo Grande Tree Guild.

Jones is scheduled for an arraignment on Thursday morning in San Luis Obispo County Superior Court. He remains in custody in the county jail in lieu of $1 million bail.

Jones’ bail of $1 million equals the bail of T. Yanaga for murder.

Obviously DA is taking charges seriously.

I’m honestly surprised Lenny’s not out on bail.

I have said it before–but I will again to remind people: when you find yourself selecting someone for a special merit or position in the community (i.e., Citizen of the Year), ask yourself why you feel so supportive and drawn to honor and elevate this person. Are you being charmed or manipulated? Those who have Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Antisocial Personality Disorder (aka, sociopath)-can be very glib and charming. Pedophiles actually go that extra distance though: they groom society (which gives them access) and groom the children not to tell (which allows them to continue undetected.

Stop being so shocked by all of this: these people have operated this way for years. Whether they are coaches, priests or the local Citizen of the Year–we are buying into their game. (I am not—I can spot these people a mile away most of the time). Educate yourself. You may end up just saving your own child—or someone else’s. The average pedophile does 300 acts of abuse (some are subtle-such as taking a child’s undergarments while having an open house you have listed with him). Best to be on your toes.

Be thankful that Ted is not a muslim

What????????????

A property pimp AND a child molester….what a pair to draw to.

Lenny needs to be introduced to Brian Reid (see story below).

Mr Reid did not kill a man, he killed a monster.

IF Mr Jones is guilty of the alleged crimes, he will undoubtedly encounter someone who views these crimes as Mr Reid does—absolutely unforgivable.

No doubt he will be dealt with accordingly. Prisoners have their own ways of working these issues out.

Looking at the charges I think the D.A. will drop the 2 misdemeanors and hopefully get him on the 4 felonies.

Enjoy your golden years in prison Lenny, I hope you never see the light of day again for what you did to those innocent children.

Doesn’t sound like there’s any hope of using the malfunctioning bathrobe story this time.

I hope that the D.A. doesn’t offer some soft plea bargain. He had the party at his house so he could get access to these kids. Why was his previous misconduct (criminal conduct) kept so secret? People must understand the importance of Megan’s Law.

The prior DA would likely have plea bargained down so his office didn’t have to work very hard, but lets see if our new one has more integrity.

SLO_Johnny,

It’s too bad that the DA is not Jesus, because he wouldn’t even offer a plea bargain, but instead, get Mr. Jones off from any injustice if he is guilty. In fact, Jesus tells us to forgive the person seventy time seven, for the mathematically challenged, that is 490 times!

“Then Peter came and said to Him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” (Matthew 18:21-22)

Under biblical law, Mr. Jones, if guilty, could keep on sexually abusing children an additional 489 times.

Ahhhhhh, the “real” Ted shines through. Gotta give you credit–You work hard at this.

ted seriously! Jesus requires us to forgive, however He never says anywhere there aren’t consequences for a person’s actions. Also, we are required to repent and turn from our wicked and sinful ways, after accepting Jesus as ur Savior.

Might want to study on righttly dividing the Word of God.

Lol– P.T. Barnum was right !

I’m sorry I couldn’t let this one go. Under biblical law this man would receive the death penalty, after a fair trial with two or three more witnesses. The live of these children will never be the same and until his death’ either judicially or naturally, they will be in constant fear. Some say pedophiles don’t take a life so these no justification for the death penalty, but that child, that mother, that father, and any other victim is always going to be looking over there shoulder wondering, is this gut going to get out and come after me. No, there life was taken and so should his if he is determined guilty by a jury of his peers. Some Christians believe forgive and forget, but if you forgive does that the perpetrator innocent of his crime? shouldn’t he still suffer the consequence of his crime? No, some christian theology believes forgive and forget, but the bible is very clear on how we should live, if we would only follow it, this world would be a whole lot better off. I’m sorry Mr. Ted, Biblical law does not say ” if guilty, could keep on sexually abusing children an additional 489 times.” quite the contrary.

Ted! That is so wrong!

Why do you mock the word of God? That is not what the passage means. You do such harm when you twist the word of God to your own imaginations. If you were truly a “real Christian” as you so often like to say, you would stop your BS which in my opinion, pushes people away instead of bringing them to the saving grace and eternal life given by God to those who would come to and trust in Jesus. [John 3:16]

Having said that. The meaning of Matt 18:21-22 is that we are to always forgive. No matter how many times. Just as our God forgives us of our sins ALWAYS! No matter what.

Jesus gave His life for ALL. The innocent lamb of God took upon Himself all of our sins, past, present, and future. He died and was resurrected that we might live. Eternally.

Please Mr. “Slanderer of God’s word. STOP!

ToHellinaHandBasket,

You are so true about always being forgiven! That is one of our “hooks” of our faith, and why so many join our flock, is because there is absolutely no incentive not to sin when we’re ALWAYS forgiven like you proffer, praise!

3 putt is right, you DO work hard at this!

You make a grossly inaccurate reading of John 7:35 – 8:11. Jesus is speaking about morally judging and condemning someone accused of a sin. Not someone accused of a crime. Only God has the authority to condemn sinners. We must only apply our earthly laws and temper punishment with mercy. With penitence and reform there can be forgiveness. “Go and sin no more”.

SLO_Johnny,

If one morally judges in the case of Matthew 18: 21-22, and sin being a crime, then the person being judged is forgiven. If he is forgiven by Jesus’ standards as the spokesperson for God, then he is free to walk another 389 times. Besides, nowhere in the bible does it ever say that sexually abusing children is a crime because that is a new man-made law. On the contrary, many of our God’s inspired commands were to take the “young women virgins” for yourselves subsequent to the godly plunders of other peoples.

Brother Ted, I’m a bit confused….

So when Lot’s daughters got the old man drunk and had sex with him ( and both got pregnant ), who were the sinners ? Seems that both daughters were very young at the time, as neither were married or had ‘boyfriends’.

Or is it OK to have sex with someone that’s drunk or otherwise out of their mind ?

Is this a Hebrew/Christian thing ?

Puzzling ….I got spanked for dancing ‘The Twist’ when I was quite young.

So are you saying that you have been “twisted” from birth? I don’t know that I would admit that here given the inability of many posters to see through Ted’s satire.

SlowFast,

I am saddened that you had to bring up our faith’s incestual past that got us here today. Yes, there was a LOT if incest going on in the biblical narrative that you mentioned by Lot’s trollop daughters taking advantage of him when he was asleep. The little whores of Babylon sinned which went directly against our Christian Hebrew God.

“None of you shall approach any one of his close relatives to uncover nakedness. I am the Lord. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, which is the nakedness of your mother; she is your mother, you shall not uncover her nakedness. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father’s wife; it is your father’s nakedness. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your sister, your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter, whether brought up in the family or in another home. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your son’s daughter or of your daughter’s daughter, for their nakedness is your own nakedness. …” (Leviticus 18: 6-18)

Put the mug shot photo back up.

Makes me sick to see a picture of a man smiling attached to this story.
