San Luis Obispo police arrested a 20-year-old Monday for allegedly possessing and distributing child porn.

Shortly before 1 p.m., police served a search warrant at Philippe Estines’ home in the 2800 block of Johnson Avenue. During the search, detectives discovered several images and videos of children under the age of 18 engaged in sexual conduct on electronics belonging to Estines.

Through further investigation, detectives discovered Estines appeared to be involved in sharing and distributing some of the child pornography with other users on the internet.

Officers arrested Estines and booked him into the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $35,000.

Looks like the City of San Luis Obispo will have to backfill a utilities worker position !

Anyone under the age of 18 that’s being forced or coerced or blackmailed into selling

themselves should be dealt with differently than others that are under 18 and knowingly

and willfully doing the same thing.. if we don’t make the differentiation then whats the

point of holding anyone under the age 18 accountable for any crime if they can just say

I’m a “victim”??

Anyone over the age of 18 is a criminal and I’m sure they enjoy the lifestyle until they get caught..

One more thing: You cant buy it if it isn’t for sale!!

I think men are being preyed on by most of these pro’s.. not the other way around

Wow, all I can say is the fact that we true Christians certainly can be thankful that laws against sexually using young women weren’t existing back in the biblical era of our Hebrew God’s inspired words that allowed this act to be performed

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites ….. As the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males ….. And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, AND THEIR LITTLE ONES … And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive? … Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. BUT ALL THE WOMEN CHILDREN that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.” Numbers 31:1-18

If a man SELL HIS DAUGHTER to be a maidservant … If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed … If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.” Exodus 21:7-10

“This is what you are to do,” they said. “Kill every male and every woman who is not a virgin. They found among the people living in Jabesh Gilead four hundred YOUNG WOMEN WHO HAD NEVER SLEPT WITH A MAN, and they took them to the camp at Shiloh in Canaan.” (Judges 21: 11-12)

Furthermore, as we know through traditional historicity of the Hebrew people, Mother Mary to Jesus is assumed to have been around twelve years old when she was Celestially Impregnated by our God. As one can see, if Jesus is considered to be God, then this scenario get’s even more uncomfortable. We Christians have learned to just accept these anomalies to today’s standards as best we can, and try not to mention them in conversation to help us retain our faith.

Rich: Dan Dow is corrrect. No woman grows up thinking she wants to be a prostitute.

A woman who chooses prostitution does so, having been sexually abused and exploited since childhood, and knowing little else later in life, continues as a prostitute for survival sake.

Read up on it. Dan Dow’s awareness is a national and international trend and it is correct.

It starts with believing that no woman wants to have sex with any man for money that goes to her pimp and she doesn’t keep.

Yeah see the problem with the logic is that not all prostitutes are women and not all prostitutes have a pimp, per say, but they use an agency so that they can guarantee themselves a better kind of clientele and a way to get clients. No person wants to do anything if they don’t get a fair portion of the fee, this is no way unique to prostitution.

And that is utter bull that no woman grows up thinking she wants to be a prostitute. If a girl grows up thinking she wants to find a rich husband and doesn’t want to work, and she uses sex to attract that husband and his money, how is that morally different? The thing is I’m not saying it’s morally WRONG for a girl, or even a guy to do that, I’m just saying it’s ridiculous that many don’t at all consider that to be wrong, while viewing prostitute as somehow hugely different.

Will DA Dan Dow put his “don’t persecute hookers” philosophy to work on this one or is this the type of Sex Crime Dan Dow will chose to follow the law on?

Rich, children are defenseless and innocent victims of child pornographers. Who are the victims of prostitution? The prostitutes are the victims. It is both sad and disturbing that you can’t see a distinction.

What’s sad is that you can’t see the point I was making…but critical thinking skills are on the downward spiral…ergo the election of Adam Hill et al.
