Shots fired during Los Osos family feud

handgunSan Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of shots being fired in Los Osos Tuesday evening and found two individuals who had been engaged in a family dispute.

At approximately 9:13 p.m., deputies headed to the 800 block of Highland Drive. When they arrived, they found two male individuals in the street.

One was armed with a shotgun, and the other had a hammer. They had been engaged in a family dispute before the shots were fired, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

The deputies detained both individuals after arriving at the scene. Both were cooperative, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies transported them to the sheriff’s detective division for interviews and further investigation.

No injuries occurred during the incident.

An investigation is ongoing. The sheriff’s office has not disclosed whether any charges have been filed.

Why post a picture of a handgun when a shotgun and a hammer were involved, sensationalism???


They were probably both hammered.
