The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man allegedly killed by a Paso Robles clairvoyant as 34-year-old Benjamin Derrel Terra.

Nicole Honait Luxor fatally shot Terra, also a Paso Robles resident, on Saturday at the Dancing Horse Retreat, according to the sheriff’s office. Luxor owns and operates the retreat, where she “communicates with animals and spirit guides and can ‘receive’ quintessential information about an individual’s soul,” according to Luxor’s website.

On Saturday afternoon, deputies responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon and discovered Luxor had barricaded herself inside her home. As negotiators attempted to convince Luxor to surrender,  she fired multiple gunshots at law enforcement personnel.

Just before midnight, Luxor surrendered and deputies took her into custody unharmed. Deputies found the body of Terra at the home.

Luxor remains in San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $1 million. Sheriff’s officials charged her with one count of murder and 36 counts of attempted murder.

An autopsy is pending to determine Terra’s exact cause of death.

Doesn’t someone has to ask the Obvious question:

Wouldn’t a clairvoyant see it coming?

This murder is senseless and such a tragedy. I knew Ben and he was loving and kind. Prayers to his family and friends.

Our Christian nation will take care of her, to wit: “A man or a woman who is a medium or a necromancer shall surely be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones; their blood shall be upon them.” (Leviticus 20:27)

The above godly proposition is to be followed even without Nicole Luxor committing murder. Basically, she is double-damned with allegedly committing murder along with being an assumed clairvoyant. All Christians have to agree with the bible’s outcome.

I guess they shoot more than horses don’t they?
