You’ll learn about the rich history of the Paso Robles wine industry while enjoying privileged access to vineyards and wineries who are part of its past, present and future. Tours includes transportation, tasting fees and a cheese pairing (or) lunch.You’ll start with the rare opportunity to walk the historical Dusi vineyards and enjoy a private tasting at the Dusi home with one of Paso Roble’s rising stars, Janell Dusi. Next stop will take you to Rotta Winery located on the site of one of Paso Robles’ oldest vineyards and winery and is now the last remaining “original” family-owned winery in San Luis Obispo County. You’ll tour the head-trained, dry farmed vines at Rotta Winery with owner/winemaker Mike Giubinni and enjoy a private tasting in their winery.The last stop will take you into the future of winemaking at Tables Creek Winery. You’ll tour the vineyards where sheep and llama graze as part of their biodynamic growing system, see a grafting demonstration and tour the winery that was influential to the birth of the Rhones varietals in this region.  Tours depart from the Paso Robles Inn.
