WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 10 : 7 am ��" 1 pm

 

WHERE: Saturday- 7 am Marathon:  Starts at Dos Pueblos HS, 7266 Alameda Ave., Goleta, CA 93117-1351 ending @ SBCC La Playa Stadium, Loma Alta & Shoreline Dr., Santa Barbara, CA 93109

Special notes: This is an Olympic sanctioned marathon; final mile dubbed “Veteran’s Mile� from Shoreline Park to La Playa Stadium. ALL Veteran’s encouraged to line the last mile.

WHY: To honor all veteran’s of foreign wars for their devotion & service

ABOUT: Get a good running start on Veteran’s Day weekend with the opportunity to run in an Olympic sanctioned marathon. This is the first of four exciting events for a weekend full of patriotic celebrations and festivities. Marathon Starts on Saturday at Dos Pueblos High School at 7 a.m. and will end at Santa Barbara City College.

COST: FREE. Donations graciously accepted.  Wear your colors all weekend: red, white and blue.
