Talbott Vineyards Holiday Soup and Wine Pairing With Best-Selling Author Mary Chamberlin

Come visit the Talbott Winery, located on the majestic Sleepy Hollow Vineyard for a festive holiday soup and wine pairing. Meet local chef Mary Chamberlin, the acclaimed author of the best-selling cookbook “The Traveling Soup Pot.” Guests will enjoy a delectable selection of Mary’s globally inspired winter soups, including Hot Tamale Soup, Tortellini Soup and Salmon Soup. The event will feature a wine tasting/pairing, with an array of Talbott’s new release wines, including the famed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This special event will be held in the festively decorated Talbott Barrel Room, and will include a book signing by Mary, who is the current national vice chair of the American Institute of Wine & Food (www.marychamberlincookbooks.com).
