Journey Of Hope 2013

Please join us for Journey of Hope 2013: A Community Forum on Living Mentally Well featuring local author Jay Asher and his bestselling young-adult fiction novel, "Thirteen Reasons Why" about a teenage girl who died by suicide. The event takes place, Wednesday, February 6, 2013 - 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at New Life Church in Pismo Beach. Reservations are not required to attend and this event is free and open to the public. Emceed by Wendy Thies Sell, the program features Keynote Speaker Jay Asher as well as a screening of Our Personal Journeys: Mental Health Awareness on Campus. Connect with local service/resource providers or have a book signed before or after the program. Food trucks will be available from 5-6pm. Free childcare will be provided at New Life Church.
