And Not A Drop To Drink: The Fresh Water Crisis

Only 2.5 percent of the water in the world is drinkable, and that amount gets smaller every year. Actor and environmentalist Ed Begley Jr. moderates a Sunday afternoon discusiion at Santa Barbara's Lobero Theatre with experts on declining sources of fresh water-locally, regionally, and around the world.  Speakers will include nationally recognized water expert Peter Gleick of the Pacific Institute, Professor Robert Wilkinson of the Bren School of Environmental Science at the Universityof California-Santa Barbara, and Jane Gray, Project Manager, Dudek Environmental Consultants, and member of the Central Coast Regional Water-Quality Control Board.
