		<description><![CDATA[A Nipomo man has been arrested after he left a grocery store receipt with a name on it at a burglary he had committed in Guadalupe.

The victim arrived home as Jeremy Carlos Madrigal, 38, was driving away with her belongings in a black truck with paper plates. Inside, she discovered the receipt, looked the name and address up in the phone book and drove to 1100 block of Pomeroy Road in Nipomo where she found the black truck parked in the driveway.
