Butterflies at Pismo Beach Monarch Grove, photos

February 1, 2011

From late October through February, experience the wonder of the Monarch Butterfly migration to the groves of eucalyptus trees at Pismo Beach State Park. With an average count of 25,000 butterflies arriving a year, Pismo Beach is arguably the largest aggregate of monarch butterflies in the world.
