San Luis Obispo celebrated the 100th anniversary of the historic election that secured the right of California women to vote and run for office with skits, speeches wine and cake.

That was such a great forum for campaigning, lots of schmoozing for votes. Yeah, Katcho really cares about this topic, how many other local politicians were there, cant wait to see all the photos.


Actually Katcho cares very much about this topic. Did you read his Trib article? He also attends as many events as is humanly possible, before AND after elections. And he digs in and does the menial work, not just the pr.


Katcho is better than some and worse than others. Other than Blakeslee and Capps I can’t think of one local politician from city council to congress that I trust. I don’t always agree with Capps and Blakeslee but I trust that for the most part that they are honest. My comment was towards Katcho but the reason that I said it is that I’ve seen other pics of this event and it looked like a political meet and greet. Speaking of fund raisers Katcho is out in force, he just had a huge fund raiser in SM so I don’t put using this for his benefit past him. I’m not a Katcho hater though, he’s not that bad. He did a good job on our school board.
