Atascadero man charged with contacting a minor for sex

Atascadero police officers arrested a 30-year-old Atascadero man on Tuesday for allegedly attempting to contact a minor for sex.
Detectives served an arrest warrant in the 9300 block of Rivera Lane in Atascadero. Officers arrested Nicholas Jordan Davin and booked him in the San Luis Obispo County Jail on three felony charges.
- Contact a minor with intent to commit a sex offense
- Send obscene material to a minor with sexual intent.
- Possess obscene material.
Davin remains in jail with his bail set at $50,000. Detectives are asking anyone with additional information about this case to contact the Atascadero Police Department at (805) 461-5051.
