Armando Segoviano

A Santa Barbara man was arrested Wednesday for the alleged molestation of a 15-year-old developmentally disabled girl.

In late August, following a church service, Armando Segoviano, 46, allegedly approached the girl who has the mental ability of a 6-year-old, kissed and sexually touched her before starting to lead her toward a dark parking lot. Her parents, who were inside of their home, stopped him and called the police.

Police arrested Segoviano on suspicion of committing a lewd act upon a child and booked him into Santa Barbara County Jail. His bail was set at $100,000.

If this is true they should put him in a padded cell with Bubba. Bubba likes to watch molesters die a slow death. I don’t judge Bubba I just leave him to do our rightous duty. I heard he gets time off for good behaviour. Bubba’s happy to do this task. He knows the law won’t get around to doing the just thing. Way to go Bubba!

Weird-oh-rama!

BTW “…touched her before starting to lead her toward a dark parking lot. Her parents, who were inside of their home, stopped him and called the police.” HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? How did they perceive this from their home, stop it, and call police. That is some amazing stuff if you ask me!
