A word in advance to all of you who are going to blame the victims for not having their garage doors closed and bikes locked up.

Shut up.

well, we all now know what open garages and accessible side yards are for. and was the “joint being cased?”

for all you downers; i lived in Ocean Beach, couldn’t even leave you door mat outside. now i have iron gates, locks, run lights all night long-just kidding. the thieves defense will be that things were an attractive nuisance, just couldn’t help themselves?
