Driver crashes into Ralphs grocery store in San Luis Obispo

A driver crashed a Buick sedan into a wall of the Ralphs grocery store in San Luis Obispo Monday morning, and was then transported to a local hospital.

Shortly after 11 a.m. , a caller reported the crash at the Ralphs located at 201 Madonna Road. It appears the driver backed into the grocery store wall.

An ambulance responded to the scene to transport the driver to the hospital. The driver suffered moderate injuries, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

Police do not suspect alcohol or drugs caused the collision.
