It’s hard to get behind this show as an “ANTIQUE” show.

The vast majority of merchandise is “shabby-chic”, which is just a poor excuse for old items that are not properly put back together, painted instead of refinished, decorator items, flea market and garage sale stuff.

The entrance fee – $9 on the day of the show, yes it is good for both days, but you have to wear a wristband that you can’t take off. Who wants that?

If the entrance fee were to be lowered to something more reasonable, and a better system designed for re-entry (such as registration with ID), I would reconsider my criticism and overlook the majority of good available.
