Atascadero Bank of America robbed

bank of americaAtascadero police are investigating the Friday robbery of the Bank of America on Capistrano Avenue in Atascadero.

At about 4:17 p.m., the robber entered the bank, said he was armed and demanded cash from one of the tellers. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled on foot toward Highway 41 east.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male, about 6 feet tall, with a thin build, greasy dark hair and an unshaven face. He was wearing a tan or khaki long sleeve button down shirt, brownish jeans or khaki pants and work style boots.

Maybe he was just trying to recoup some of the numerous and outrageous fees that Bank of America charges!


Anyone still doing business with them deserves their fees and fines.
