Fire wrecks Arroyo Grande home

A house fire destroyed an Arroyo Grande home Monday morning displacing a family.
The fire broke out around 8 a.m. at 515 Patino Lane in Arroyo Grande, according to the Five Cities Fire Authority. The family, as well as out of town guests, were home at the time. All of the occupants of the house, included seven children, safely evacuated.
Nearly 30 firefighters from three different agencies responded to the fire, but the blaze still destroyed the home. Firefighters from Cal Fire and the Santa Maria Fire Department helped extinguish the flames.
Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
