San Luis Obispo County Sheriff deputies arrested a 22-year-old man suspected of attempting to murder his stepfather Saturday afternoon.

Cesar Rosales, 22, of Washington state allegedly shot multiple rounds into a car on the 500 block of Bluerock Drive at 1:20 a.m. The intended victim was uninjured.

Following the shooting, Rosales fled in a silver Dodge Charger.

San Luis Obispo Police detectives were able to narrow their search to a neighborhood in Oceano where deputies arrested Rosales. The rifle Rosales allegedly used in the shooting was discovered a short time later in Arroyo Grande.

Deputies booked Rosales into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder with his bail set at $500,000.

This guy read my water meter just a few months back. Same first name and looks the same. Boy the City of San Luis Obispo Utilities truly knows how to recruit the cream of the crop

Great, so he also has access to private property. Long live la raze!

The story says he’s from Washington state, so how could he have read your meter?

So you are saying they all look the same?

How very white of you.

Isn’t blue rock dr/stone ridge where the hash oil lab in the garage exploded? That is a nice neighborhood with very nice homes. After a drug den blows up and a drive by shooting within 6 mos of each other, I’d be a seller before incident number 3.

Another example of a young Hispanic pillar of the community. Amnesty!

another example of stereotype veiled racism .

RTFA no drugs no gangs no immigrants just a boy and his mom

A boy and his mum..who do drive by shootings… Pillars of the community.

Not racism…truism

Yes true racism

Bigot.

Lol! The same day the Trib starts a three part series on how there’s no gang problems here.

Oedipus acting out

There was not a gang involved in the attempted murder.

I was frankly shocked they named this the happiest place….there is so much that goes on here that goes unreported and even ignored….it is insane. Right outside my door-drugs are dealt every night. My friends joke and say “hey, we were getting our pot from that same location way back in high school”. THAT LONG?? AND IT IS STILL GOING ON??? Okay….back to my happy little slo-town bubble….

A serious study from Harvard would lead us to question our very high ranking:

Wow that’s scary we don’t normally have this type of crime in the Happiest Town

Things are a changing and we continue to change and not for the good. Happy Town for who????
