Cal Poly gay makeout session goes viral

cal poly kiss 2A woman preaching anti-gay sentiments at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo was rendered speechless when two students began kissing. The kiss was caught on video Tuesday and posted on YouTube where it has received more than 314,000 views.

In June 2012, gay marriage opponents held signs outside Cal Poly’s food court supporting Chick-fil-A. A month later, same sex couples and their allies showed their support for gay rights at Cal Poly’s Chick-fil-A.

The fast food restaurant has been embroiled in controversy since its president Dan Cathy came out against gay marriage a year ago.

Wine, Women and Song. Two out of three have become a major study in the world of academia, but 3rd place seemingly is contested by gays, lesbians, transgenders and chupar cabras. Maybe it is time for we taxpayers to just fund core studies and move all other studies to private institutions of choice.


I totally support ones freedom of choice and the right to pursue happiness as one can afford.

If it proves a point to you, then why do you have to ask what the message was?


The Christian message is that women are NOT to preach like this hell bound Sister of Eve was doing, but to remain silent, as the scriptures so dictate. (1 Timothy 2:11-12)

Ted-it’s sarcasm. There is no point; the video is worthless. Have you ever been speechless? Does the preacher represent the entire world’s opinion? Is this an earth shattering event? Is this a watershed in human events? Is this video mandatory viewing? Is this even worth talking about?

It seems as though it was worthy of an initial post by you, therefore, yes, to you it was worth talking about. Will you categorize the other stories at CCN of seemingly equal innane content in the same manner? Or do you just have a bone to pick with this stories subject matter?


The video is not worthless, because it shows another hypocritical Christian trying to tell others what to do, when she herself is not uphholding what the bible God is telling her to do upon said topic and/or preach relative to 1 Timothy 2:11, Leviticus 20:13, and Romans 1:26-27, 32. Get it? Sure you do.

For Christ’s sake, practice what you preach! If you don’t want anyone that agrees with the gay life style to “force it in your face,” like you proposed in your post below, then conversely, don’t force your agenda to another with shelworth!


In the true sense of the term of your distasteful comment, did the two men take out their manhood when they jumped up on the patio for a circle jerk? Are you seeing something that we didn’t see, or is it the fact that you “wanted to see them circle jerk?”

This still turns my stomach. Sorry, it does. I’m no longer worried about stating my opinion on this, as much as those two are obviously not worried about “stating” theirs.


Please do not force your agenda in my face. I do not appreciate any people making out like that in public, it’s just very poor form.

If that turned your stomach, don’t ever watch a gay parade, it’s disgusting and the behavior would be illegal if straights acted out with such perversion in public.

I absolutely do not agree with r0y.. because this was really just in good fun. It was a tit for tat.


I do however agree with Cindy, and I say that as a gay person. The behavior is totally inappropriate and I cannot fathom how anyone thinks it is supposed to make anyone feel “proud.”

mkaney. i appreciate your comment. i saw alot of parades when i was in Ottawa, Canada. it’s a small capitol city and you can’t miss the parades. we all knew each other and i was somewhat embarrassed for some of the participants. the message being sent was somewhat antithesis.

You obviously have never been to a nightclub in SLO or anywhere else. You’ll find plenty of straight people engaged in passionate activities that makes this video (and gay parades) look like nothing.


Most people would agree that there are many straight people that we do not want to see making out!

So “r0y” would it be ok if it were a man and a woman making out like that in public? Go to downtown SLO most weekend nights and you will see that and worse from plenty of straight couples.

Firstly, this biblically second class Sister of Eve is NOT to speak, nor seek the authority over men, and besides she is to remain QUIET at all times so her preaching at Cal Poly was going against the bible she was reading from!


“ Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.” 1 Timothy 2:11-12)


Secondly, if she wanted to make a godly presence, even though she was going against the scriptures by speaking out in the first place, she should have mentioned the following passages against the homosexual lifestyle to really make a statement for our God’s revenge!


‘If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. THEY ARE TO BE PUT TO DEATH; their blood will be on their own heads. (Leviticus 20:13)


“Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. Although they know God’s righteous decree that those WHO DO SUCH THINGS DESERVED DEATH, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:26-27, 32)


Real men that read the bible to keep women in line, should always remember the following quote; “I find more bitter than death the woman who is a snare, whose heart is a trap and whose hands are chains. The man who pleases God will escape her, but the sinner she will ensnare.” (Ecclesiastes 7:26)
