Once again a lowly all volunteer fire department is first on scene, takes command and IC, starts the initial attack on the fire with water, calls for additional resources, saves adjoining structures and assists CALFIRE. What’s not to like?

A big thanks to the Santa Margarita Vounteer Fire Department, the volunteers that practice the drills, first aid, public health and safety plus good citizenry on their own dime.
