Video of San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Board coup

February 4, 2015

By DANIEL BLACKBURN

San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Chairman Frank Mecham steps down, offers the board’s leadership to colleague Debbie Arnold, and the vice-chair to new supervisor Lynn Compton.

Mecham’s unexpected move is not appreciated by fellow board members Adam Hill and Bruce Gibson, both of whom deliver angry comments before voting against the motion — which passes 3-2.

Amazing amounts of arrogance and disdain Gibson And Hill have for people. Both of those men have no integrity in their personal lives, and professionally belive they are above the regular people because they happen to be supervisors. Very sad. Btw, Hill looks bloated and not healthy at all.

Could it just be coincidence that they behave in similar fashion,
and both pay the same advisor?

For Adam Hill not to be chair?
      That’s a good start.
Seriously, I doubt that’s his motivation, as much as I’d like it to be.

Let’s take him at his word.

I think it is. Hill’s behavior is so reprehensible it would be worth it to me if I was in his position. I still can’t believe Hill takes his dog to **** on an elementary school field and doesn’t clean it up.

Out with the old and in with the new. Now is the time for change from the good old days. Ferrara is gone, the old mayor from Paso is gone and now the BOS has broken away from the traditional way of doing things. Next needs to be Atascadero, where the good old boys are alive and well. Just look at what they all did with their JR. High and just left it downtown. The Mayor, Chamber or anyone even made a negative comment. San Luis also needs a cleansing. So maybe we the people are finally being heard.

It’s also the Law of Supply and Demand.
Hill and Gibson supplied us with their Liberal BS and we Demanded it to stop.
Who said elections don’t matter folks. They do and the libs will no have to sit in the back seat while the adults drive.

There’s a natural law of karma that vindictive people, who go out of their way to hurt others, will end up broke and alone.

So, Hodin, when did “the people” become “the mob.” You are starting to sound like Sandy Duerr’s mouthpiece.

When it comes to the malcontents, time-wasting loudmouths, and cranky rabble that haunt most BOS meetings; the peasants are truly revolting.
