Police investigating death of San Luis Obispo woman

Police are investigating the death of a 45-year-old San Luis Obispo woman who was found deceased inside a home on Wednesday. However, investigators said they do not consider the death suspicious.
At about 5:30 p.m., the San Luis Obispo Police Department received a 911 call reporting a deceased female inside a residence in the 1700 block of Vicente Drive. Officers and paramedics entered the home and confirmed the woman was dead, according to the police department.
Detectives then assumed the investigation, with assistance from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Coroner Detective and Crime Scene Investigator. After thorough investigation, police are not considering the death suspicious.
