Nestled next to the Pacific Ocean at the Avila Beach Resort, the Avila Beach Blues Festival returned for its 17th year, which is certainly lucky for a small community. This year featured Jonny Lang, Tower of Power and Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk.
