Dee Torres sets sights on Supervisor Adam Hill’s retirement

One day after San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Adam Hill attempted suicide, his soon-to-be ex-wife Dee Torres took action to attach Hill’s county retirement account.

After two years of marriage, Hill and Torres separated in the fall of 2016, according to court records. In early 2019, Hill filed for divorce.

Hill submitted an entry of judgement and a proposed judgement on Jan. 24, 2020, in order to finalize the divorce.

On March 11, the FBI raided Hill’s office at the county government center and his Shell Beach home. Shortly after the last agent left his home, Hill attempted to kill himself. First responders then transported Hill to Arroyo Grande Community Hospital.

The following day, March 12, Torres’ attorney Gary Faucette signed a pleading seeking to allow Torres rights to Hill’s employee benefit plan. Before this action, both Hill and Torres had represented themselves in the divorce.

Hill and Torres jointly signed a document, on March 16, asking the court to set aside the “default judgement” on their divorce, and giving Torres rights to Hill’s county retirement account.

Ummmmm. Dee, was Adam of sound mind when you pulled that little stunt? Or was he just dependent on you because he was released to your care, so he was beholden and had to sign? Not that I have any sympathy for Adam, just that I think he likely wasn’t legally competent at the time. Oh, and methinks if he is convicted of a felony he may not get that retirement? So, dream on, dear. Dream on. But you may get lucky like him and get free room and board in the slammer for your retirement. I know of a few cons you’ve pulled, too. Some with him, some all by yourself.

Adam now becomes a man only Alan Thomas, Tom Fulks and Aaron Ochs can love. Oh, and about 3K useful idiots.

Bless you kayaknut. I was one of those “clients” years ago…or should I say a victim. Thanks for having the police waking me up at 3:00 AM and giving me a ticket (6 times) for living in my car. And why? Because I refused to sign over my disability payments for “case management”. They wanted to put my money in “Family Ties” account with Lisa Niesen. Fat chance. Bless you kayaknut.

Would seem it would only be appropriate that if she does get the money that it be paid in Tom’s Toys gift card, small shampoo and conditioner bottles and plastic knives, forks and spoons.

A lot of these office affairs end this way. I knew a guy who was having an affair with a coworker. Her husband found out and punched the guy so hard it knocked him out. Nobody cared because scum is scum. This will work itself out.
