Eliana Ramirez

Police arrested a Paso Robles woman on Monday for allegedly restraining, threatening, and assaulting two girls ages 10 and 11 at a house party on Saturday.

Eliana Ramirez, 28, was allegedly intoxicated when she entered a bedroom where two girls were playing and began talking about sexual assault. She then allegedly broke a lamp, pushed one girl against a wall, and used the lamp to simulate a weapon, police said.

Ramirez then ordered one of the girls to disrobe as to reveal her “intimate body parts,” police said in a press release.

Police arrested Ramirez on suspicion of infliction of injury on a child, willful harm to a child, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and terrorist threats. She was booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail and was released on a $100,000 bond.

“Released on $100,000 bond”…hmmmm….

Should have made her stay in the countyjail so she could fully understand injury, harm, imprisonment, and threats. Being drunk is no excuse for this behavior – how tramatic for the two girls and shame on her…
