Two guns and two kids taken in cocaine bust
October 19, 2012
The sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force arrested a Grover Beach man Thursday who had 200 grams of cocaine inside his home.
Officers searched the home of Abel Olivo, 30, on Atlantic City Avenue and found the cocaine, valued at about $7,000, and two handguns. They arrested Olivo and booked him into San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of possession of narcotics for sale and felon in possession of a handgun.
Olivo had two children in the home at the time of the search, a one-year-old and three-year-old, both of whom Child Protective Services took into custody.
Officers set Olivo’s bail at $150,000.
