Sheriff searching for Oceano man

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man who was present during a fight that turned deadly on Friday in Oceano.
At about 10:45 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a fight on the 1300 block of 19th Street. The victim later died from his injuries. The victim’s name is not being released pending notification of his next of kin.
Deputies have identified Joseph Munoz, 35, as someone who present during the altercation. They have not said whether or not he was involved in the alleged murder.
Investigators describe Munoz as having black hair and brown eyes, weighing about 130 pounds, and with the word “Southside” tattooed on his throat.
