Man sought for indecent exposure in Paso Robles

Honda CivicPaso Robles police are seeking an aggressive exhibitionist who exposed himself to women on two separate occasions.

Investigators are looking for a heavy-set white man 20-25 years old who was driving a black Honda Civic during the incidents.

In the first, which occurred Friday at 11:35 a.m., the victim told officers she was driving near the 2300 block of Theater Drive when she heard a shout from an automobile next to hers. When she looked, the man had his pants down and appeared to be masturbating.

He made a encore appearance Monday, again around 11 a.m., say police, when he repeated his action near the McDonald’s restaurant on Black Oak Drive. The victim said the man was laughing while he exposed himself and masturbated.

Police said the man was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt with white lettering, and a green baseball cap during both incidents.

25 years old. Well I guess it isn’t a nutty male mid life crisis sort of thing. Better catch him before this escalates. I’m surprised they didn’t get a license plate.

How ungodly can this man that exposes himself get?


“Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.” (Romans 13:13-14)


True Christians NEVER think of how to gratify the desires of the flesh, which goes against the inspired word of the Hebrew-Christian God as the passage above so dictates. Therefore, this fool in the black Honda obviously isn’t a TRUE Christian, or he is one of those hell bound atheists, or a member of a religious belief that is not Christian!


He will certainly pay upon Judgment Day, that is for sure.

Ted……..Nice thoughts….but……..It really felt so good to Him at the time’……… kinda like a out of body experience. But … I really wonder how He drives a car, exposese Himself, and never has a wreck. Must be an Atascadero Taxi Cab driver ?
