Fire burns trailer in Pismo Beach RV park

A fire burned an trailer in a Pismo Beach RV park early Tuesday morning.
The blaze broke out around 2:19 a.m. in a 40-foot trailer at the Holiday RV Park located at 100 South Dolliver Street in Pismo Beach. No one was in the trailer at the time it caught fire.
Firefighters responded from Cal Fire and the Five Cities Fire Authority and controlled the blaze within 15 minutes. But, the fire caused $50,000 of damage to the RV, as well as $10,000 of damage to the contents inside.
Firemen saved two nearby RVs valued at a combined total of $80,000, according to Cal Fire.
No injuries occurred as a result of the fire. A total of eight fire personnel responded to the blaze.
