Supervisor Adam Hill accused of gay bashing

In response to critical commentary about his contentious behavior, San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Adam Hill lashed out Keith Gurnee claiming his critic has a homosexual interest in him. [Cal Coast Times]

“T. Keith has a bad crush on me and no matter how many times I tell him he’s not my type and that he should maybe try Grindr, he still writes all these valentines, dozens of obsessive ‘I Want You’s,’ ” Hill wrote on Facebook. “As we know, some men, especially ones with the raw sexual charisma of T. Keith, don’t know how to take no for an answer.”

In response to Hill’s post, Gurnee sent an email to the all five members of the SLO County Board of Supervisors accusing Hill of gay bashing.

“Well Adam, you’ve done it again,” Gurnee wrote to the board. “Having just read your disgusting, delusional, and laughable post about your vast misperceptions of me. It’s obvious you don’t have a clue on how to judge people. I’ve been happily married to my wife of 47 years and I’m as straight as they come.

“I do not take your comments as bashing me, they’re bashing gays and that’s a shame. How can you stoop so low as an elected public official to throw such offal? I seriously suggest you get some counseling.”

He is an amalgam of who runs California these days. Politically correct, a little feminine, vindictive, self loathing. Most importantly, a believer in big government.

Once again, Supervisor Adam Hill embarrasses himself and fellow members of the SLO Board od Supervisors. His attacks on the homosexual community should be condemned by the board, and Mr. Hill should be stripped of any committee assignments as the board sees fit.


Adam Hill needs to get help.

Is there a Board of Supervisor’s Code of Ethics? And if so, shouldn’t there be at least, at minimal, a verbal and written reprimand given to Supervisor Hill? I continually scratch my head over the abhorrent behavior of Supervisor Hill.

When an elected official seeks to humiliate an opponent by questioning his sexual orientation everyone loses – Gurnee, the gay community, and Hill. Thank you, Keith, for not tolerating intolerance and abuse, and to CalCoast for reporting it. Should/Could the ACLU take this up?

So True!! Like my X husband who accused me of cheating when in fact HE was the cheater…LOL It was like his confession…when he accused me, I knew exactly what he was up to!

So what will become of Hill once he finally looses his job at the BOS? Who would hire him with his well known public outbursts? Seems the only thing he is qualified for is trollism.
