Arroyo Grande man convicted of child molestation

A San Luis Obispo County jury convicted a 28-year-old man on Thursday of five counts of molesting a child under the age of 10. [Cal Coast Times]

SLO County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Adam Julian in Arroyo Grande on Aug. 2016 on charges of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and oral copulation or sexual penetration of a victim under 10.

The jury convicted Julian of all of the charges he faced. Deputy District Attorney Chris White led the prosecution team on the case.

Julian’s sentencing is scheduled for April 23. He is facing life in prison.

Why can’t we ever get a picture of these creeps? There might be other unknown victims out there who don’t know his name, who are still living in fear, guilt and shame, who would feel much safer if they knew he was out of circulation.

It is interesting in how societies have evolved regarding early girl child marriage and pedophilia. Look back to the 1950‘s where Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin, and when Elvis Presley met Pricilla Beaulieu when she was 14 years old. Notwithstanding, the Age of Consent laws of the USA, where at one time 10 year old girls were within the Age of Consent.


Of religious note, Mary, the mother of Jesus is considered to have been approximately 12 years old where it was not a concern for her husband named Joseph to have sexual relations with her. As history shows, Jewish women were married at a very young age.


Furthermore, Christians have to biblically accept that when Jesus is considered to be the Jewish Yahweh god incarnate, as many Trinitarians believe, then Jesus pseudo “Celestially Impregnated” his own mother in a “incestuous way,” not only to be her son, but his own father as well. This is barring the Hebrew Tradition that since Joseph was not the paternal father, then Jesus would be considered to be a bastard child. This embarrassed poor ol’ Joseph so much, that he wanted to divorce Mary to save face. “Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly” (Matthew 1:19) What a way to start another religion.

The family of the victim, and the victim himself when he is an adult, should be able to choose and administer his punishment? May he be agonizingly tortured and eventually killed.
