Chattanooga officer Clayton Holmes says he was running radar on Workman Road when he felt his car shaking. He got out and and upon investigating he found the bulldog “Winston” chewing on his patrol car .
The dog chewed the bumper and two tires. The officer tried to pepper spray and taze the dog but nothing worked.
The dog also attacked two cars belonging to private citizens driving by and a second police car that arrived on scene.
Personnel from McKamey Animal Center captured the animal, along with two other dogs that were all kept inside the fenced property at Mann’s Welding. Nancy Emerling, the owner of the dogs, was cited by the animal center and all three dogs were removed from the property
