Thunder alert through Tuesday morning

PG&E weatherman John Lindsey issued a thunderstorm warning Monday night that is expected to last through Tuesday morning.
Lindsey advised Central Coast residents to expect scattered thunderstorms and rain showers through Tuesday morning. The thunderstorms may be accompanied by brief heavy rain showers, hail, gusty winds and lightning.
The thundershowers are moving west out over the Pacific Ocean.
