FBI agents escorted Dallas Police Department Senior Cpl. Theadora Ross, 50, from police headquarters on Wednesday. Ross and her alleged partner Malva Delley, 36, were indicted for wire fraud.
Crime Stoppers is a nationwide program that provides cash to anonymous callers who provide tips that lead to the arrest and indictment of criminals.
Questions about Ross first arose in April after a man discovered that someone else had claimed a reward he was entitled to.
