Los Osos man accused of murdering his mother

A 23-year-old Los Osos man is being charged with murdering his mother who died earlier today from injuries she sustained from an assault last month.

On April 27, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff deputies arrived at a Los Osos home on the 1800 block of Seventh Street and discovered Lisa Heuver, 56, unconscious on the floor.

Her son, Michael Heuver, was arrested for attempted murder and booked into the county jail where he remains in custody.

Officials are asking people with information about this case to contact San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s detectives at 781-4500.

If not for the recession, inflation with higher taxation, fuel cost and higher debt out of necessity, then maybe families can afford to share better quality attention and meaningful time together
