Paso man pleads not guilty to murdering his daughter

A Paso Robles man pled not guilty Monday to murdering his two-year-old daughter. [Tribune]
Herbert Brown III allegedly assaulted his two-year-old daughter on Feb. 18 leaving her not breathing and with visible head and body injuries. The child died last week at a Bay Area hospital.
Brown, 29, appeared in San Luis Obispo Superior Court for his arraignment Monday. In addition to the murder charge, Brown also faces a child cruelty resulting in death charge.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on March 13 and remains in San Luis Obispo County Jail.
