Crews battling Branch Fire

The Branch Fire has burned more than 350 acres of grass and brush in the Los Padres National Forest west of California Valley.
Crews from Cal Fire and the U.S. Forest Service are battling the fire which started near Highway 58 and Branch Mountain Road at around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Six air tankers, an air attack and four helicopters provided an aerial attack that has surrounded approximately 50 percent of the fire with retardant and water drops. There are currently 125 resources fighting the fire.
